Boil Water Advisory

The repair will lead to the loss of water pressure in

                                                                    ·        1st Street SW between Centre Avenue W and 1st Avenue SW

                                                                    ·        1st Avenue SW to HWY 13

Please see map on page one for reference.

Distribution depressurization can compromise the safety
of the water supply; therefore, a precautionary boil water
advisory has been issued to ensure public health
protection.

Until further notice, all water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before it is used. The      precautionary Boil Water Advisory will remain in effect until the water supplied by this water

system no longer presents a risk to public health.

PUBLIC NOTICE – WATER MAIN BREAK


Residents are advised that due to a water main break, water service will be temporarily disrupted in the following area:

  • 1st Street SW between Centre Avenue and 1st Avenue SW
  • 1st Avenue SW to the Highway

Crews are currently on site working to repair the break as quickly and safely as possible. During this time, residents in the affected area may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of service.

Once repairs are completed and service is restored, some discoloration may occur. If this happens, please run your cold water tap until the water runs clear.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the necessary repairs. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
