Boyne River Ice Hazard Advisory – Effective February 26, 2026

Attn: Due to the construction activities for the replacement of the Municipal bridge on Road 22W crossing the Boyne River; be it advised that the ice on the Boyne River will experience voids below the ice causing it to settle from its current level. From February 26th and for the remainder of the winter 2026, all seasonal recreation activities, including pedestrian traffic and motorized or non-motorized vehicles on the Boyne River from the Town of Carman to Road 36N shall be halted immediately. Please refer to map view outlining the effected length of the Boyne River.
